Unusable answer
Also: Null read
An AI reply that cannot fairly be used because it failed, was empty, or named no known business.
How this fits the service
People ask AI assistants to recommend businesses; yours may be missing, so Logres checks why competitors appear, helps fix the gaps the evidence supports, and asks again later.
What it means
Not every question produces a useful answer. The AI assistant may fail, return nothing, or give general advice without naming any business. Logres calls that an unusable answer.
Leaving these replies out prevents a technical failure from being counted as if the assistant considered the business and left it out.
Why it matters to your business
There is a real difference between 'the assistant did not name you' and 'the assistant did not answer.' A fair report keeps those situations separate.
How Logres checks it
Logres marks each unusable answer with a reason and leaves it out of calculations that require a working reply.
