Mention rate
The percentage of usable AI answers that name a business at least once.
How this fits the service
People ask AI assistants to recommend businesses; yours may be missing, so Logres checks why competitors appear, helps fix the gaps the evidence supports, and asks again later.
What it means
Mention rate answers a simple question: out of the answers that could be checked, how many named your business? It does not matter whether the name appeared first or last for this number.
A low mention rate means the first problem is being included at all. The way the business is positioned matters after it begins to appear.
Why it matters to your business
It tells a business owner whether the company makes the list at all, before more detailed questions about wording, placement, or cited links.
How Logres checks it
Logres divides the usable answers that named the business by all usable answers in the same question set. Errors, empty replies, and replies that name no known business are left out so a failed answer does not count as a missing business.
