- Answers produced by AI assistants and materials used to assess how they present a business.
Information used for client work
AI assistants recommend a few businesses, and yours may be missing; Logres checks the likely visible reasons, helps fix supported gaps, and asks the same questions again.
To prepare that check, report, or recommendation, Logres may use public business information, information a client provides, website pages, search results, directory listings, reviews, and answers from AI assistants.
Sensitive information
Do not send protected health information, patient files, financial account details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information unless Logres has agreed in writing to receive and process it.
Logres does not need private patient data for a standard check of how AI assistants describe or recommend a business.
Why we use information
- To answer questions and messages.
- To prepare checks, reports, and recommended next steps.

- To communicate with prospective clients and clients.
- To keep the business documentation we need or are required to keep.
When we share information
