Questions to ask an AI visibility company

Before you buy, ask to see the saved answers, the rules for scoring, the limits of the service, and proof that website changes went live.

How Logres helps

AI assistants recommend businesses, and yours may be missing while competitors appear; Logres finds likely visible reasons, helps fix supported gaps, and asks the same buyer questions again.

AI visibility is a young service category, so clear questions matter more than polished sales slides. Ask these questions before hiring Logres or anyone else.

“Can I see the actual answer?”

Ask to see the buyer question, the assistant’s full answer, any source links it showed, and the date of the check. A score should lead back to something you can inspect.

If a company will show only a dashboard or summary, you cannot tell whether its conclusions match the underlying answer.

“How do you choose the buyer questions?”

Questions can be chosen to make a client look good. Ask whether the company uses natural questions that real buyers ask, whether you can review them, and whether the same questions are used in later checks.

A useful question set should include recommendation, comparison, and decision questions—not only branded questions your business is likely to win.

“What happens when information is missing?”

Sometimes there is not enough approved information to support a score. The honest result is “unavailable,” with a clear reason.

Ask whether the company estimates missing results. A made-up number can look precise while giving you nothing safe to act on.

“Do you promise rankings or recommendations?”

No outside company controls what an AI assistant says. Answers can change with the assistant, model, wording, sources, and date.

A responsible company can show what assistants said, find visible gaps, prepare supported changes, confirm what went live, and check again. It cannot honestly promise a future ranking, recommendation, citation, lead, or sale.

“How do you prove a fix went live?”

A suggested change is not a live change. Ask how the company separates a draft, a delivered file, a published update, and a later check of the website.

You should be able to see which approved changes were actually present on the site before anyone discusses later AI answers.

“When should I not buy this?”

A good provider should tell you when simpler work comes first. If your address, hours, services, or core pages are wrong, fix those basics before paying for ongoing checks.

Hold Logres to the same test

Logres saves the buyer question, full answer, source links shown, date, and check version. We also publish what we do not promise. That makes the work easier to inspect, but it does not make Logres the right fit for every business.

The best buying decision comes from seeing the work clearly and understanding its limits before you sign.

Follow-through

How do I know a change went live?

A useful vendor should explain what it checks, what it cannot know, and how you can verify the work.
