Being named by AI is not the same as being recommended

An assistant may mention your business without giving a buyer any reason to choose it. Influence checks the context around the name.

How Logres helps

AI assistants recommend businesses, and yours may be missing while competitors appear; Logres finds likely visible reasons, helps fix supported gaps, and asks the same buyer questions again.

Your business can appear in an AI answer and still receive a weak introduction. One business may get only a name and category while a competitor gets specific reasons a buyer might consider it.

Both businesses were visible. Only one received helpful context.

Influence asks whether the answer supports your business

Visibility checks whether and where your business was named. Influence checks the words around that name.

Helpful context can include:

  • a clear description of what the business does;
  • the situations or customers it serves;
  • specific strengths supported by public information;
  • a useful next step for the buyer.

Weak context can be vague, incomplete, aimed at the wrong customer, or less useful than the description given to another business.

Influence is based on the saved answer itself. It is not a general reputation score and it does not guess how every buyer will react.

Why Influence stays separate

A business can appear early and often while receiving little helpful context. It can also appear less often but receive a specific, accurate description when it does.

Those are different problems. More mentions do not fix a vague description, so Logres reports Visibility and Influence separately rather than hiding both inside one overall score.

Review the answer like a buyer

Do not stop at “We were mentioned.” Read the full answer and ask:

  • Did the description match our approved facts?
  • Did it explain who we help and what we do?
  • Did another business receive clearer support?
  • Would a buyer understand why we belong on the list?

If the answer names you but gives the buyer little useful context, you have found an Influence gap worth reviewing.

Common questions

How is Influence different from Accuracy?

Accuracy asks whether the description is true. Influence asks whether the answer gives useful, supportive context. A description can be accurate but too vague to help a buyer compare options.

Can Logres improve Influence directly?

No one can directly control the next AI answer. Logres can find missing or weak public information, prepare supported changes, confirm what goes live, and check later answers.

Does a higher Influence score predict calls or sales?

No. Influence describes supportive context in the saved answers included in the check. It does not predict traffic, leads, or revenue.
